Dave's Gourmet Hot Sauce -- makers of the infamous Insanity Sauce -- are selling an ingenious adjustable-spiciness hot sauce. The dispenser contains two compartments, one full of spicy stuff, the other full of flavorsome oil, and a dial on the top mixes the two in real-time to your spiciness specification, producing a fine, hot mist.
